Since the first of January 2006, 'De Stromen Opmaat Groep' (3500 employees) - a modern, socially associated and customer-oriented organisation - is a merger organisation of 'Opmaat' and 'De Stromen'. 'Opmaat' is specialised in all sorts of homecare, social welfare and youth health care. 'De Stromen' is one of the caregivers for people over 55 years old in Rotterdam. 'De Stromen' offers an extensive service- and care programme, both in homecare and in nursing homes and homes for the elderly.
