Consorzio FPEP is a public organization; it was founded in 1981 and it is made up by 13 municipalities of the Southern Milano area in order to give an answer to their need for vocational and permanent education. Consorzio is focused on labor politics, and the connection between vocational training, life long education and the labor market
Consorzio is involved in supporting the weakest segments of population to enter the labour market (long time unemployed people, disabled and foreign citizens). It develops life-long learning projects for small and medium enterprises, aimed at coping with new technologies and innovations.
Consorzio is being transformed in a new Organization made up by :Consorzio

- matching and counselling organization owned by Milano Provincia. The new entity is a still a public organization, whose "shareolders" are 26 municipalities of the southern Milano area (67%)+ Milano Provincia (33%).
