The Council of Estepa
The Council of Estepa is running the project Proempleo II supported by the Council of Seville and the Spanish Ministry of Public Administrations. This project is co-funded by the European Social Fund within the Operative Programmes to foster employment in objective-1 regions.
The main aim of this project is facilitating the integration into labour market of unemployed people. Beneficiaries, through labour insertion pathways, have the chance of having a working experience and training in order to improve their employability. On the other hand, this experience focuses on a sector with a high potentiality of employment creation, that is, the sector of care services to people with special difficulties. There exists a higher and higher demand within the sector of services known as daily life services and, more specifically, in services of care and assistance to people with specific difficulties, such as children, the elderly, handicapped people, people with a disease, people socially excluded or people at social exclusion risk.
